How to pay for your IMSCB ticket

In order to pay, the participant must first register on the IMSCB website.

Navigate to the “Fees” page on our website to review the available packages.

Decide which package suits you best and complete the purchase using a debit or credit card through our online payment system.

After payment, you will receive immediate confirmation, and your account will be validated instantly. There is no commission for online payments made on our website.
Other things you might want to know about
Can I get a refund?
All taxes for IMSCB are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a package is paid, the participant must understand that they agree with our Terms & Conditions and no tax is refundable.
IMSCB will not reimburse any taxes that are not related to the Congress such as, but not limited to fees for: transportation, accommodation, sanitary measures (vaccination, tests or isolation). If you deposit the participation fee, we will consider you a participant.
What should I do if I change my mind about the package I purchased?
This year, upgrades are available! You can change your package to a higher one as long as you complete the upgrade until the last day of Registrations – 2nd of November, 2025.
I changed my mind, I want to submit an Abstract!
A Participant can submit an abstract and become a Presenter, but only before the abstract submission deadline, on 12th of October 2025.
Can I use a currency other than euro or RON?
If you want to pay the fee in any other currency than euro, the fee will be converted to euro according to the exchange rate on the day of payment and then to its equivalent in RON.
Can I buy the participation for a friend?
One participant can acquire one’s package and pay the fee on one’s personal account.
My Abstract was not accepted, what can I do?
The memberships for Presenters whose abstract is not accepted by the Scientific Committee assigned for each of the Category will automatically be turned into Participant memberships. No refunds will be made in case you decide not to participate in the IMSCB because your abstract was not accepted. Changing from a higher membership to a lower one is not possible.
When should I pay?
Because no IMSCB is complete without its Oral Presentation, there will be 100 memberships (of the said 800) reserved for Presenters ONLY, between August 9th and October 12th (abstract submission deadline), in order to ensure their spot at the Congress. After the 13th of October, the reserved memberships that were not purchased will be redeployed for purchase to On-Site Participants. The memberships for Presenters whose abstract is not accepted by the Scientific Committee assigned for each of the Category will automatically be turned into Participant memberships. The payment period will end when the maximum number of 800 participants is reached or on November 2nd, whichever comes first.
