An IMSCB Ambassador plays a key role in the growth of the Congress by connecting medical students from around the world and encouraging them to join our community. For every colleague you bring along, your effort is rewarded.

There will only be a limited number of ambassadors for each country. Please note that the Ambassador Program is open exclusively to students enrolled at institutions outside Romania.

Every colleague who registers through you brings your own participation fee down.

Bring enough participants, and your spot at the Congress is completely free!

The thresholds and the discounts for the 2027 edition are still being confirmed. They will be published here before applications open.

Our team will thoroughly check all the applications and the most suitable candidates will be chosen. There is a limited number of Ambassadors for each country.

Data retention

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of the people who fill out our form. We may process your personal data in order to select the ambassadors of IMSCB and to generate the certificates. Personal data shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose. The retention period for this edition is until 2029.
