For the first time, the congress became International, under the new name of International Medical Students’ Congress of Bucharest (IMSCB)

The outbreak of the SARS-CoV2 pandemic led to the congress being moved to an online format

The 5-year anniversary of the congress was marked by rebranding it as International Medical Students’ Summit of Bucharest (IMSSB)

We continued the tradition of IMSCB by developing the key events of the congress and introducing new opportunities such as the concept of Science Fair
