These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of merchandise made during the International Medical Students’ Congress of Bucharest. By purchasing merchandise, you agree to these terms.

2.1. Payment Methods
All payments must be made through the official payment platform of the congress, available on the official website imscbucharest.com, prior to the purchase of items. At the moment of purchase, each participant needs to tap their IMSCBracelet to the payment devices at the merchandise stand.

2.2. Pricing
All prices are listed in EUR. Taxes are included in the purchase price.

2.3. Receipts
An electronic receipt will be provided with every purchase.

3.1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be provided only under the following circumstances:

• The item is defective or damaged.
• The wrong item was provided.

Refund requests must be submitted within one day of the purchase date or until the end of the Congress.

3.2. Process for Refunds
To request a refund:

• Visit the merchandise booth during the event or contact participants@imscbucharest.com;
• Provide proof of purchase.
• Return the item in its original condition, including packaging and tags.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Exchanges may be permitted for incorrect sizes or colors, subject to item availability. Exchange requests must be made within one day or until the end of the Congress and require proof of purchase.
