Social Programme

This is a social and interactive game that will not only tease your brain but also bring you closer to other participants from all around the globe. It is a role-playing game where each participant gets a character whom he has to embody.

It consists of three parts:
1. Character description and background + Plot
2. Script reading - the part where you might become a famous doctor from the ‘50s, a singer from the ‘20s or even the president of the United States. The possibilities are endless!
3. Debate + Verdict - when you freely express your opinion on whom you think has committed the crime. It is your time to unravel your inner Hercule Poirot and point your magnifier at the killer. You have to interact with everyone else and decide together who you will take down. Afterwards, you will find out if you have been right or if the killer is still free and ready to attack again.
Thereby, take your Sherlock Holmes hat and we will bring you your dream team along with a case that will make you question every word anyone says.

We have prepared a Halloween themed game night that is to die for! We challenge you to spend three nights in our haunted house until the Ghostbusters come to your rescue. Imagine being stuck and having to cooperate with your comrades in order to survive: you have to make the right decisions, so get ready for some sacrifices. Put your brain to a test and figure out the best strategy to stay alive and make sure you have a skele-ton of fun trying!

Gather your friends and join us in our spooky edition of game night! Are you brave enough to spend nights under terror, with ghosts and shadows lurking in the dark? Do you think you are able to escape in one piece? Remember, teamwork makes the scream work!

If you have been focused the whole day and not even had your 8 minutes of laughter, then we are expecting to see you at Game night, not just to laugh, but also to talk, socialise, and of course have a fun time.

So if we caught your eye and you already have in mind a team (or not), we’ll be waiting for your affirmative answer to our invitation. It is well known that medicine and arts go hand in hand, since medicine itself is, by some, considered a form of art.

We have the pleasure to invite you to our talented students’ performance in Pygmalion, by G.B.Shaw. Pygmalion is a contemporary show that emphasises the importance of education for the human beings’ development. It also tackles themes such as social differences, standing chances, and especially one’s questionable freedom in an unjust world.

The modern adaptation of the mythical Professor Higgins will transform little Galateea into a work of art, thus becoming a genuine creator-pedagogue artist of his own creation. The words’ power is going to become a brilliant sculptor’s chisel. The young actors, well trained and creative will present themselves to the audience with the belief of a future that is in the hands of the educated people, as a real engine of a constantly evolving society.

Our trainers, Svetlana and Traian will make you feel more fit and even inspire you to follow a much healthier lifestyle! In addition to giving you some tips and tricks, they will show you some fitness and therapeutic gymnastics exercises to help you improve the locomotive system, strength and endurance.

As Albert Einstein once said, “An empty stomach is not a good political adviser.” In agreement with the brilliant scientist, we like to say that a productive day in the ward comes after a healthy breakfast.

Thus, the IMSCB is presenting you with the recipe that serves as a must for every medical student, just like the atlas is for studying anatomy or the stethoscope for diagnosing cardiac sounds. Not to mention that this recipe is perfect for those of us who suffer from having a sweet tooth syndrome.

We have brought to your screens one of the most famous chefs in Romanima, Chef Florin Dumitrescu, who has prepared you a little surprise that will delight all of your senses. Having started his career at the early age of fourteen, he leaves an impressive career behind. Alongside his many accomplishments, he has been a judge in two of the most famous Romanian food competitions, and has even published two cooking books.
